Front block seats (Block 16) going for £45 on Seatwave... Arghh, Im too far away. Dont think I'll make the show in time So frustrating. Have a beautiful night everyone!

so there I was the day tix went on sale just seeing what was available when on Seetickets, suddenly, the Sat date in Manchester was added - section 102 on the aisle for the choosing - I just could not say NO

really looking forward to it & since the last times were in Malahide and the 02 (2 times and an aftershow) I am sooooo happy it is not a 'hits' show (wouldn't have flown it if it was) - so pleased that the NPG are still in the states (no offence to them, but enjoy the time off !) - should be a very different kind of vibe with just 3rdeyegirl.

Im hearing people who queued all day to be front of stage (standing) have been given numbers/wristbands so they get priority entry and can go have a food/toilet break now before show time. Nice touch! Get those energy levels UP!!!

We left at 10.45pm so I do not know but he came on between 8.30 - 8.45pm

That was Goddamn incredible! Immense performance with hit after hit being played. Cannot believe he played Electric Intercourse!!! Was so damn happy when I realised it!

When doves cry was the ultimate hilight for me though. Took a friend who isn't too into Prince, he also came out knowing how excellent a performer and musician the guy is (as well as how impressive the band on the whole are). Very very pleasing night. I'm going to look for tickets for Monday over the weekend after that!

YESSSSS. Amazing show tonight at the LG!!

I went in straight away with my girl and got to see the whole show from about 7 rows back. Was deff worth the standing around as I never seen him that close before. Truly incredible stage production, perfect sound and what a set list too.

Electric Intercourse was a real highlight and bodes well for inclusion on the remaster. **BUT I did notice he took the word "intercourse" out, and also the "jockey's there before me" in Red Corvette. A bit lame if you ask me but thats just nit picking.

Prince we are truly not worthy!

Unfortunately, the Leeds show it the only proper sold out show. Check with fans here or you could try the secondary sales websites like seatwave.com.

Seatwave (and viagogo, stubhub and Getmein) are all secondary market sales. So they are legitimate businesses (example, Ticketmaster own Getmein), but they are really a form of legalised touting & auctioning.

Fortunately, the Prince shows are not oversubscribed, so the prices have remained low.

Not sure about the standing layout in Leeds, haven't bren there. Someone else might be able to give you some tips.

Glad you still enjoyed it. Pity about the sound, you would have thought the sound would have been best in the middle. I'm usually hyper critical of sound at gigs, but it was pretty good in block 16. Maybe being to the immediate side took the edge off the volume.

Did Doves and Hot thing sound better from there? They sounded crystal where i was, so maybe it was the guitar and main mic that was the problem.

Does anyone have an up to date tour poster JPEG with the correction made and the extra dates added?! I saw one but forgot to download at the time....

Any help would be much appreciated!
