true . but people who go 2 concerts knows the risks... i mean... we know that sometimes v.i.p tickets are the best u get free food , free drinks . u cant sit down - it´s comfortable and very close to the stage and sometimes it´s not close 2 the stage and people who bought standard tickets are sometimes the closest to the stage. But v.i.p almost always it´s about 2 sit down and relax. if u want 2 be in the front stage u buy standard tickets .. don´t forget that this is not an arena .

As a consumer you have got the right to know what you are buying and don't take risks. If you buy something that turns to be different from what was offered you can return it. In this case it is not clear which tickets give access to what part of the concert hall. Those who offer the goods can be asked to explain what they are offering. Just call them.
I am not a fan of Ticketmaster in Holland but at least they made an improvement: you can choose the exact seat you will be seating on from a floor plan on their website.

i know , but once again this is an NPG festival - so u never know what´s gonna happen.. and as an consumer we already knew the risks - we didn´t have any information about tickets access, we only knew the price. . still many people bought tickets...

and now we have the tickets... onnce again we take risks... even if we don´t want it..

that is crazy as ticketsales started last monday...at least i am releived that the mess isnt only in holland but also abroad:-)

NO! I just called ICO and apparently they are having an additional board meeting with the communication department of the NPG Music and Art Festival website on this topic. Denmark law prescribes the presence of a VIP toilet on stage also (not visible though for the audience) and is now looking into possibilities excluding standard ticket holders using this lavatory. Problem might be the Danish constitution which disapproves of such discrimination.

But seriously, I have to praise everybody who makes it possible that a prince concert is going to take place? Why? these folks are doing there job, and some should do it better. you can't praise everybody all the time for doing work they are hired for. I praise my employees every now and then, and if every boss does that than we all get our fair share of praising.
