You're right. I saw him on Roskilde and this show is not to be missed.

Alright, I can sum up the article for you (I'm French). It's basically saying that they indeed don't know if the concert will take place as no money was received for it to be organized. Less than 6,000 tickets were sold but hundreds of people asked a refund because of the date change. If taking place, it will be at the Arena and the indoor room near the airport is closed. They think it would be inhumane to organize an indoor concert when there is so much heat...

The Arena is the indoor venue by the airport. The concert will take place at the Stadium (Stade de Genève) and if not, it will get cancelled. Anyway, the Arena is closed during the summer.

For positivity's sake let's keep our fingers crossed that the gig will go on. He wouldn't make 2 many friends if this one was cancelled. He's already in control of YT again (although that may be a temporary action, let's hope so).

Can't we provoke an official comment from the organiser whether the show will go on or not?

Praying this is an annoying rumour - some sections of the arena are showing as sold out so hoping this is all speculation!

Shelby Johnson always mentions on her facebook page which town they are headed to after finishing the previous concert......So far no mention of Geneva......

HOPEFULLY were all just going over the top on this and panicing as of the original date change and media speculation etc.. fingers crossed!

Also: even when the ticket sales are less bad than in the first news article (say 10K or so) then we are still at 1/3 of the stadium capacity? (or?)

So is a show viable then?

So now Shelby's update is Bye Bye Lisbon.....but no word on where she is going.......this does not look promising......

Not just rumors...it seems to be quite sure that the concert won't take place on next Friday in geneve...it's a total confusion: resaplus.ch (the webticket seller) has not published any informaiton on its website and the sale of tickets goes on normally...

Fucking typial - this is just like Croke Park all over again!

Dont understand how they can still be selling tickets though, im holding out every last inch of hope until there is an official statement from the ticket people.. to be honest i dont have a good feeling about this one though
