No worries, it does seem to be that nobody knows whats happeneing!
Just have to play the waiting game but i hate not knowing whats going on.... it could all be media speculation however not a great sign that the stadiums website belive it wont happen but why would they not know and post on their official site based on what the media are saying?! ~ "don'tcha wanna see my 'Tootsie Roll?' The positive side about the Nice venue is that its configuration can be adapted to the the number of spectatotrs, which is not the case with Le Stade de Genève. In Nice, the stadium is coupled with a large inside concert hall.
I'm so angry because I bought my ticket for the Geneva concert 2 weeks before Nice was scheduled, and I'm in Nice during July and August. This sucks! Well, I'll be in Geneva for the weekend whetever happens, I've spent so much money in airfare and hotel that I've decided to enjoy my time in G. with or without a Prince concert.
However, it would REALLY be nice if we could see Prince perform somewhere in a club or something.

Could be because resaplus is `just selling tickets` and the promotor/organiser is absolutely silent about the situation. Then there is no official info, just assumptions based on observed facts. Keep up the good spirits! This is what happened 2 me 2 years ago with the Dublin show and I decided to fly over anyway and enjoy. Never felt sorry I did that, had a great time. I love Prince and chocolate - in that order | |

Just received an answer from Claude Baumann (b4com, the company following advertising and communication for the show in geneve):
"Sorry, the promoter is postponing the show to further notice.More information should be released later.Best regards"
At least the postponement seems to be almost official...

Prices were high, promotion sub-par, communication was sub-par, excuses for postponing were plain wrong and now there is NO communication at all from the promotor.
