This Jeremy Lin might be the real deal at point guard.

For a little bit of levity, here is Will Ferrell's introduction of the starting lineups of the Chicago Bulls and New Orleans Hornets last night. He is currently filming this for an upcoming movie.

Linsanity has officially hit NY. That dunk he threw down against the Wizards was vicious!

New Yorkers have really gone Linsane now They've won five games in a row, and a couple of them without both Melo and Amar'e Stoudamire. They're both expected to be back next week.

Amar'e will flourish with Lin. It's Carmelo I'm worried about.

Where has this guy been HIDING?

Lin was cut by the Warriors and the Rockets. Pringles' system turned out to be the perfect fit for him.
Bulls fans better hope Derrick Rose's back doesn't become an issue.

2 late..........it is already an issue.

Amar'e won't flourish if Melo never passes Lin the ball.

Maybe he was in the "Nerdy Asian Guy" thread? I heard he chose to go to Harvard because he could play basketball there, whereas he couldn't make the lineup at the other colleges he wanted to go to.

WFAN reported Rose's MRI revealed no damage to his back. That's positive news.

Non that matters if his back still hurts.

I was going to whine about the Rockets letting Lin go, but then I realized we don't get the Knick's first-round pick if it's in the top five.
So now I see: the Rockets let Lin go so that Lin could win enough games for the Knicks to keep them in the lottery but out of the top five.
At least, that's what I'm telling myself.

Carmelo won't be back for another week at least so Amar'e and Lin will have a few games to play together without him.

The Knicks are linning | |

is that their mascot? | |

Lin hits the game winner!!!!!!!!

LINSANITY strikes again!!!!
And the New York fans go nuts.
Meanwhile, my Bulls with Derrick Rose out with a bad back survive a barnburner of a game with the pesky Sacramento Kings.

He makes his teamates better - that's what you want from your point guard.
Give Shumpert credit for his lockdown defense on Calderon.

From Tim Tebow to this bullshit, I may never watch ESPN again.
Why doesn't somebody qualify this little phenomenon by saying during this winning streak, the Knicks have only beaten 1 team above .500! JERKIN' EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!!!!!
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
That's true but then again they've been playing without Melo and Amar'e Stoudamire as well, so this winning streak is even more unusual. However, they do play the Celtics on Sunday, so we'll see if Linsanity is a real phenomenon or just benefiting from subpar competition.

13 assists tonight - this kid rejuvenated a struggling franchise. We're going to ride this as long as it lasts.

And that win came against a superstar who has won 5 championships. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
