I'm done. Hey, don't feel bad. I used to work at Borders and there's plenty of dvds with color pictures on the box, but the movie is in b & w. People make that mistake all the time. North by Northwest is one of my favorites, though. Hitchcock and Cary Grant are two great tastes that taste great together!  | |

I LOVE black and white movies, so it`s very hard to pick just one.
The acting and the story makes this one my favorite. But also...

No amount of cinema prowess could wipe away what that film did to Blacks in the U.S. at that time. None. You're absolutely right. Even if the movie were in 3d, dolby surround and all that shit, it would still be one of the lowest points in American cinematography. A terrible waste of money, time and tape.
