RIGHT!

i know this is the General Discussion Forum and we ain't supposed to talk about Prince over here but i think the reason why many of us have been argueing and calling each other names and ppl are leaving and shit is, i think, becuz we have had a very Prince heavy year and a half. i think we are mentally exhausted over the little fella. Coupled with the fact that we just had a war that polarized a lot of ppl and their feelings which left a lot of ppl up and down, left and right and all sorts of ways.
i think it has been a very emotional couple of years for most ppl anyway considering the way ppl are behaving these days. what i mean by that is, what a friend calls, the collective consciousness of ppl maybe worldwide or even in a localized region.
we are all feeling the same thing about Prince or we are not AND we are feeling the same about the world or we are not.

I think what Milty is *trying* to say is that the fams and the fans are not playing nice, in the last couple years Prince has been a bigger weirdo than usual and it's pissed some folks off, and cuz of the war and stuff people have had other things on their minds besides the latest sex thread in the GD forum on prince.org.

I think LOTS of ppl shifted over 2 The NPGMC 4 one, also, sometimes its gets awful boring reading the "same" posts & threads, or it gets this way when prince is "quiet", not touring, not producing music at breakneck speed, and lots of the ppl who were here dating back 2 2001 gone. Not sure why that is. It STILL is a very interesting, opinionated site, and of course, ppl leave 4 personal problems of their own, or lack of the huge amount of time they once could afford 2 contribute. Some, of course, dislike prince's "new" music and lifestyle, and are realizing that they waited long enough 4 their predictions of prince returning 2 his "old" style of gracing the stage...I havent gotten tired of it yet, but its close.
