Uptown Funk

Originally hated the song but for the longest I grew to simply be disappointed by it. It's great when in the whip with someone and of course at parties but musically it's more of a cluttered amalgamation of various 70s and 80s funk songs and styles from various groups of the time rather than an original composition with a smooth combination of the aforementioned styles and songs. Lyrics ain't great either but I can weather those over the musical structure of the song which is WEAK.

Anything by the Black Eyed Peas after they became mainstream.

Anything by Fergie.

That stupid Destiny´s Child song featuring Lil Wayne.

Probably all rap songs featuring a rapper who goes by the moniker "Lil" whatever.... lil this, lil that.

Most rappers who use "young" or "yung" in their monikers. lol

Meat Loaf. That song "I would do anything for love"....HATE IT ! CAN´T STAND IT! HATE IT !

Anything by Flo Rida.

Anything by Pitbull.

Metallica´s Nothing Else Matters.

Good shout with Meatloaf. all of his stuff. Dreadful musical-type tunes, sung by a man who looks like he smells of sweat and onions

This couldnt be a more apt description of meatloaf. added points for onions. lololol something about him repulses me.

I never really liked this song, either.I love Kool & The Gang, but I always thought this song was too lightweight. The fact that so many people use it in weddings and other occasions, just makes me despise it even more smile

I hate that song more than world poverty

To be fair, Linda Perry learned how to write a song that people will talk about decades later, in that instance. That's why she's very rich and famous and we are not.

But yes, I fucking hate that song too Chewy

"Rhythm Of The Night" by DeBarge----I hate this song with a passion lol In the early 80s,these type of Carribean-sounding songs were trendy, but this song is pure shit.Come to think of it,I'm not too fond of any of DeBarge's uptempo songs. They only excelled at ballads.

anything by Lenny kravitz (the KING of the pousers)

I agree with this!! lol I hate his music!! He's made a whole career out of ripping off early-70s rock.I have yet to hear something 'original' from him.His music is so damn derivative and boring.

You need to familiarize yourself with more of his catalogue.

Do these sound like early 70's rock?

I know, I know smile I think I've seen too many big concerts closed with it (Live Aid, Live 8) etc, with the obligatory Lalalalala singalong its like some unofficial British national anthem which just makes me kick against it.

Bad song is.. We are the world.. yuuuuck... sad

I am so glad Prince wasn't there..

Most of the socalled "music" on these days' radio, it sounds so sterile made on a computer.

My radio is turned off.... sad

I detest all hiphop, yuck fuck that genre, fuck that.. (with very few exceptions).

Prince 4Ever. heart
