Christina Aguilera's Manager: She's still in the prime of her career unlike Mariah, Britney & JLo

In a recent podcast with actor Pauly Shore (yes, him), Irving Azoff, Christina Aguilera's manager when asked about Christina Aguilera heading to Las Vegas for a residency:

"Just not time yet. No disrespect to Britney. Or to Jennifer Lopez who's doing one. Or to Shania who did one. Or any of them. You know, Christina's not peaked yet. She's in the prime of her career. "

Christina Aguilera last attempted to tour in 2010 but it was cancelled with rumors of low ticket sales. Her last solo top 10 hit was 2008's Keeps Getting Better.

It's probably true given Christina's trajectory has been considerably flat relative to that of the other artists named. confused Not exactly something to gloat over.

Christina has always been a talented singer. She just needs stronger material. Her stripped album was a really good album so was Back to Basics. With saying that, I don't agree with her manager's comments. Christina is obviously passed her prime and golden days but she still has enough talent where she could make a great album if she got with the right producers.

I Love Christina, She's Beautiful and so Soulful and Emotional when she sings....But @ the age of 34 her records & Concerts aint selling like they did when she was in her 20's...It's better for her to get a Multi-year Gig in vegas while her voice is still strong...What's going on with her Contract with The 2015 EMMY winning "The Voice"?...Don't they rotate the same judges on a yearly basis?..As for Britney, I thought she'd would be worn-out after 1yr in Vegas but OL'girl proved me wrong...Her Vegas gig just got extended an additional 2yrs, with a $5-Million increase per year/$35-Million a year..Britney said her crew Loves it...Her entire Team will be in one city for 3yrs making tons of money, not bad....So yeah, Christina's Manager need to stop faking the Funk and ink-out a Vegas-deal for his Meal ticket...

Lol! Of course Britney's crew loves it. That's a steady paycheck for them for the next couple of years. I'll bet her dad loves it too.
As for Christina although she is a very talented singer her prime was years ago...her manager is delusional asf!

IA is no fool. He knows what he's saying. He's just saying it to stay on his client's good side, and explaining why she can't get a good Vegas deal worth enough money.

I'll leave it alone babe...just be me

She is a child star, started on Disney in syndication now she has hosted numerous seasons of that talent show on tv. She can judge kids for probably 20-30 more years and still be somewhat relevant. Her voice isn't that terrible its just sort of overacted like Bey and all the other gals do these days. Her "music career" was such a barrage of stuff its not really shocking how little actually stuck. She has a cool personality it seems though. I wish she'd really go daring with some tunes.
.
Speaking of dares, name six passably good Aguilera songs in a minute.

Britney's Pop still manages her? I guess Britney says if ain't broke don't break it...I Love my Mama to death but I don't want her in my business...I'll buy her a house in the Country, give her some pocket change and call her on Sundays...That Sista ain't traveling on the road with me cuz I like to be WILD...Remember when Britney didnt have on any panties when she fell into somebody's car? I can totally relate..
