Well yea, not great. But I dont think Im his kind of audience. I struggle to get the appeal of rap music in the first place, but rap fans would be happy about that. Im 56!!

Yea they were good, but dont you feel that you have already seen the best of them? Its just too middle of the road at the moment. I am not saying that they are not good, just not anything Mindblowing! It makes me appreciate Prince more thats all. Especially back in the day when he was dancing, singing and playing like a madman, all at once sometimes.

Sometimes i'm happy just to watch a decent singer or musician or just be in an audience with a great vibe. The artist doesn't have to do everything to impress me.

After tonights drama, I'm glad Prince has more strings to his bow than Madonna. She's looking ridiculous pulling off these dance routines at her age.

If it was as bad as the SNL performance, I bet it was depressing. I get it that he is trying to be experimental and artsy now but I don't think it is a good direction for him. And his new shoes kinda look like UGGs

Damn, that sucks. That must have hurt. Im not a Madonna fan, but when I saw her at the grammys I knew it was time that she move on from these huge dance acts. We all reach an age where we can't pretend to be 21 anymore.

That was a brutal fall. Even if she was just lipsynching, that was almost heroic of her to keep doing the number -- "show must go on" style, very professional, though a poor ad for health and safety.

I get where you are coming from, especially regarding Madonna, its time to pack in the big routine's. Prince has calmed down alot in terms of the high energy dancing/splits etc. but can still work the stage really well, and is a great musician to watch.

OMG, poor Madonna. That was horrible. Someone is getting fired.

At her age a broken hip takes forever to heal. Ask Prince.

I don't think she could carry on if her hip was badly injured, but her neck, head and back may have benn injured.

I agree that going on with the performance like she did was pretty badass. I have never questioned her character, as in work ethic, as in being a total badass when it comes to getting shit done, and I never will.

Madonna will get 10x the publicity she would have done if she hadn't had that fall. Silver lining maybe?

I'm not surprised. Have you seen her ticket prices these days? That's scary!

I saw her on the 'Who's that Girl' Tour back in the day. I think it was £15 a ticket. Maybe less! lol

Watching Madonna nowadays is a little bit like Mae West trying to cater to younger audiences by singing The Doors...

Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews.

The fall had nothing to do with her age, really... The Cape didn't come off when it should have and when the dancers pulled they took her with them...

But also, same at the Grammy's without the fall, shes looking ropy during the dancing.Of course shes still very fit for her age, like prince is,but she needs to find another outlet.
