A statement from attorneys for the Estate in response to the online posting:

FROM THE ESTATE:

Any doubts about the validity of Michael’s will and his selection of Executors were thoroughly and completely debunked two years ago when a challenge was rejected by the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the California Court of Appeals and, finally, the California Supreme Court.

Under the supervision of Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, Co-Executors John Branca and John McClain have diligently carried out their fiduciary duties as well as their obligation to Michael to make sure that his Estate benefits the only family members he named in his will – his mother and his three children.

We are saddened that false and defamatory accusations grounded in stale Internet conspiracy theories are now being made by certain members of Michael’s family, whom he chose to leave out of his will. We are especially disheartened that they come at a time when remarkable progress has been made to secure the financial future of his children by turning around the Estate’s finances as well as during a time when so many of Michael’s fans, old and new, are enjoying his artistry through exciting new projects. ”

The Jacksons should just change their name to the Gofers because that's all they seem to do.

This is why I dont like the Jackson Family, this further supports why Michael stayed FAR away from them as possible. I will never understand how a family that claims to love their kin treats them like a 24 hour bank account through exploitation, lying and throwing them under the bus. If Ofah had said the kinds of things she did about Michael and was aware of it and was Michaels mother or any family member I would have not sat down with her and would have gave her a piece of my mind, weird ass money hungry family eek nuts.

Whether this is authentic or not, this is how Ive always felt.

Michael Jackson’s Family Demands Estate Executors Resign, Effective Immediately: ‘Fake, Flawed and Fraudulent’ (EXCLUSIVE)

Michael Jackson‘s family has demanded the executors of their late brother’s estate resign effective immediately, Celebuzz has exclusively learned.

In a scathing letter — obtained exclusively by Celebuzz and signed by Michael’s sisters Janet, Rebbie and brothers Tito, Randy and Jermaine Jackson — the family maintains that executors John Branca and John McClain faked the King of Pop’s last Will and Testament prior to his untimely death on June 25, 2009.

“At the time we couldn’t possibly fathom what is so obvious to us now: that the Will, without question, it’s Fake, Flawed and Fraudulent,” states the legal letter.

Received by Branca and McClain Tuesday, the Jackson family accuses the executors of falsifying a legal document in order to gain control of Michael’s estate against his wishes and using the court to seal any documents that might prove otherwise.

“Since the passing of Michael, our beloved brother, you have failed to perform your duties as executors of his estate, but what you have not failed at is taking advantage of a grieving mother, father and a grieving family,” says the Jackson’s letter. ”Our brother told us, in no uncertain terms and without hesitation in the months prior to his death, that he despised both of you and that he did not want either of you to have anything to do with his life or estate for that matter.”

The letter from the family also goes on to point out numerous inconsistencies, as well as alleged missing pages of Michael Jackson’s will.

“John Branca, when we called you regarding the Will you didn’t want to interrupt your vacation,” the family contends.”You said you wouldn’t return for four days, at which time you presented to our family an incomplete Will.”

“The Will that you presented did not have our brother’s signature on it, nor did it have a signature page attached to it. When asked about the missing signature page, John Branca replied, ‘it was on its way, and you were having just a little problem finding it.’”

“Amongst many other inconsistencies in the Will, there is also a conflict around Michael’s location on the day he supposedly signed the Will, July 7, 2002. We have evidence that undoubtedly supports and proves that Michael was absolutely not in Los Angeles, California, on the date of his signature reflected in the Will at-hand.”

The Jacksons also threaten to escalate their claims to police for investigation of “potential criminal misconduct,” as well as having law firm Baker Hosteller launch legal action against the pair.

“We are going to take every appropriate action to seek justice and to see to it that the truth be known,” the letter states.

“You’ve dishonored everything that our brother Michael stood for. Your greed and hasty business decisions have shown that you have no regard for the preservation of his legacy, nor the quality of work that he exemplified.”

The Jacksons accuse the executors of robbing Michael’s children, Prince Michael Jr, 15, Paris, 14 andPrince Michael II “Blanket,“ 10, and his mother, Katherine Jenkins, of rightful inheritances by increasing the percentage of the gross income the executors receive from the estate, as well as mismanaging projects the estate undertakes.

“Tragically your deceitful actions abrogate our brother’s hopes and dreams for the lives of his children, family and legacy,” the letter states.

Additionally, the family accuses executors Branca and McCalin of manipulating the court system during Michael’s mother’s wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, the entertainment company behind the star’s final tour.

The Jacksons say the company is using “heinous and heartless threats” against Jackson’s 82-year-old mother — who they reveal recently had a “mini-stroke” — to call off the suit.

“AEG has been very vocal about how they are going to destroy her and her family publicly and blame her for Michael’s death,” the family says.

“However, you did not hesitate writing a letter to Judge Palazuelos presiding over the AEG wrongful death case, wherein, you asked the judge to keep ALL documents handed over by AEG for discovery under court seal, clearly protecting AEG, but not protecting our mother nor our niece and nephews Paris, Prince and Blanket,” the letter contends.

“Who are you working for? What is it that you don’t want to be known?”

“We know there is most certainly a conspiracy surrounding our brother’s death and now coarse manipulation and fear are being used to cover it up.”

The family state in no uncertain terms they will stand united to ensure the executors step down:

“THIS HAS TO STOP NOW; NO MORE!! You will not succeed. John Branca, after our brother passed, you said to our mother, ‘I AM MICHAEL JACKSON NOW.’ How dare you. Make no mistake, Mr. Branca, before we hit the stage, were a family and still to this day we are a family.”

Noticeably missing from the group of signatures, however, are Michael’s other siblings Jackie, Marlon and his outspoken sister LaToya Jackson.

Interesting how this letter comes out now--recently after the Estate executors filed papers showing that they've generated almost $500 million dollars for MJ's Estate as of May 2012. This is why I can't take them seriously. And seriously Janet was one of the signers? Is she that scared that her brothers may try getting her money now? Because that's all I took from HER signature... if they really did this, it shows how stupid they seem, if they didn't do this, then someone is playing a cruel, mean joke on them. But either way, they still played a part in the public opinion that that's just what they are.

No they didn't. They just foolishly sent it as if no one was gonna point it out. These Jacksons are so gullible they wouldn't even know about learning about business and they wonder why Michael left them OUT THE DAMN WILL! If anything happens to Katherine and since Diana is on the will, Diana better be prepared because... smh, this is gonna be a barn burner, even more than it already is. But yeah they actually typed KATHERINE JENKINS, their MAMA!

This is crazy! Even tho I dont agree with everything the estate has done since Mikes death, they've done a great job - paying back money - getting revenues - solving other problems like being sued by various people. I cant believe Janet is on this too? Wow... THis family is so money hungry, like seriously. Wow...

Like I said if they really cared about "their mother", they should help her and not let her get sick and die. Seriously, what went on in their minds as kids to make them behave the way they do now? Makes me think these children don't give a damn about their mother, that only Michael did. neutral Going back at their history, the siblings had always demanded to their mother to get them money or speak to Michael. Talking about "this has made her ill" like they had nothing to do with it over the years. Fuck them. bored2 And where is her "loving husband"? Oh yeah, he's selling his suck ass perfume at a different store since they "sabotaged" it at the other store where he nearly fell off his seat sleeping. rolleyes And Janet... Ikr! lol Again I have to smh @ these peoples. The brothers need to be focusing on their Unity Tour and not channeling their energy trying to stir up nonsense and drama. And speaking of their Unity tour, I find it interesting that two of the brothers (Jermaine and Tito) signed their names to this letter while the other two (Marlon and Jackie) left their names out ot if. How's that for unity?

Why arent LaToya, Marlon and Jackie's signatures on this? And who the heck is Katherine Jenkins? confused sigh at this family. The drama never stops.

Either a misprint or could they mean Blanket's mother? eek

Misprint. Come on...you think that this lady is Blanket's real mama? He doesn't even look like her.

Ikr! lol Again I have to smh @ these peoples.

I'm just disappointed in her. I really am. But then again, her actions in the last three years regarding Michael's death has just made me really upset.

I hear ya Timmy sigh I. Just. Dont. Get. These. People. disbelief mad

I agree, how you gonna call your tour "The Unity Tour" when Marlon and Jackie Jackson won't agree to your schemes? It's like they treat each other as business transactions. Instead of being a family, they go off like greedy scavengers wanting to get a piece of the pie. And to be frank, this is something MOST of the family has been trying to do since "Thriller" sold all those damn copies 30 years ago.

Come on, even if they were refering to Blanket's mother, do you think this is the only Katherine Jenkins in the world? Didn't actually Michael say she was black? Anyway, Blanket looks like Michael. He's like his clone and actually looking at her, her features are not that radically different from Blanket's. He could be a mix of the two of them. See what you can see when you try to see it? lol

Ya, I know. lol

I'm just playin'. But she's the only person I heard of with that name. I doubt that they're referring to his biological mother because she wasn't mentioned or ever provided for in Michael's will.

And yeah, she was black, or black-hispanic (so Michael has mentioned).

Yeah, I know, but I can't get the fact that MIchael mentioned putting together a contract to keep her indentity a secret away from my head, so I don't expect to see her being mentioned anywhere even if that happened to be by any chance the case.

This is ridiculous. How can anyone of you pass judgement without possibly knowing what's going on?

Poor Michael's children growing in all of this. I hope they will stick together when they grow up in order to be strong enough to fight everyone trying to take advantage of them.

on the positive side, the smartest thing mj did was to put the estate in the hands of the two johns, or at least not in the hands of his family. i believe that the kids have to be 35 or 40 before any one of them can get full control of their share of the estate.

that means that the money will be in the control of the executors, pursuant to mj's will. as the two johns state in their response to this "letter", they have completed their fiduciary duties to make sure that mj3 and katherine only benefit from the estate. remember, they wasted no time in giving jermaine's "wife" and kids their walking papers from hayvenhurst.

so mj3 will have help. the family will not be able to get the kids to support them, cause the kids do not have control of the money and won't for a significant portion of their lives. the two johns are not going to let mj3 be taken advantage of. they are probably more disgusted by the jacksons than the fans b/c they've seen this behavior towards mj up close and personal for a long, long time. they were mj's advisors, working for him, and that's where their loyalties lie. they won't be handing money to mj3 knowing its really going to support other members of the family.

also, by the time mj3 are in their 30s, i'm sure they will have come to a lot of the same conclusions that we have about the alleged love that their father's family supposedly had for him.

Guess you didn't read into what was going on so to you it seems we're passing judgment but stay asleep. Go for what you know man.

I didn't pass judgement; I merely asked a question.

Their mother just suffered some kind of stroke. AEG has been hounding her for filing a wrongful death suit. And their mother is also afraid. And yet you can't understand why they have written this letter? If not simply out of rash emotion.

Branca and McClain have enjoyed a huge financial windfall from this as well. They have a special arrangement, blessed by the probate judge who oversees the estate, allowing them to earn 10% from most deals they cut for the Estate.

And according to the family, Michael wasn't even in Los Angeles when the Will was supposedly written.

The letter also says that Michael told them in the months leading up to his death that he despised the pair and didn’t want them to have anything to do with his life or estate.

Michael's siblings will not, no matter what, benefit from the estate (And I'm sure they are well aware of this, as we all know their past history).
