good track like the video, really old school lookiing, but anyone who says she doesnt sound like Cassie in this song singing is lieing to themselves, she just has a lower register, but its very similar in voice sounds

I love the underlying message here in the video. At first, all you see is the gaudy, stereotypical Bollywood imagery mingled with the "textspeak" commentary about Twitter, Tarantino, and downloading (aka Youtube, which is shown on the album's cover).

She's totally giving a finger to the mass marketing machine. She's saying, "This is the pretty Arabic pin-up that you want me to be" despite how awkward and out-of-place she is in that realm. Even if you watch MIA in the "Give Me All Your Luvin'" video, she's beautiful and all that, but she also sort of looks totally bored/out-of-place (where Nicki Minaj fits right in with the manufactured ice queen Madge).

THis girl is the shit, i love the fact she makes rather dancy songs but they all have a message. Most of the time it goes way over peoples heads but still, and her videos give Minaj and the rest a run for her money.

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener
