Janet Jackson might be acting in a new movie directed by John Singleton and the script was written for her.

Who will have better acting? Janet or Whitney?

-Madonna would have received the combined criticism that Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Shitney Spears receive now (stealing/copying others' work, contrived gimmicks/attention whoring, and lip-syncing/poor singing).

-Whitney vs. Mariah vs. Taylor Dayne vs. Celine Dion: who is better, who will have the longest career, who is most overrated, is there room for all of them

-a long thread about Patti Labelle's 1989 song "If You Asked Me To" being covered by Celine Dion and being a bigger hit on the pop charts in 1992 would so happen lol

-Paula Abdul streak of 6 straight #1 hits would be discussed (similar to Katy Perry's recent run)

Yeah the first time I heard of Chris Rock was 1996....the asshole based Michael at the Billboard awards for having a baby boy and not a girl. I didn't understand the joke then though, I had forgotten about the allegations and had only heard of it once or twice and didn't understand. Was just mad he was being mean to hm.

I can't believe I forgot: "Is it true Madonna and Michael Jackson are getting married?" I remember hearing that one in the early 90's...and I thought they looked so cute together, like a royal couple! I saw some portrait someone made of them back then, but not the original footage and I never saw it again. I swear Madonna had on a blue dress and michael a black suit.

And that Black or White performance is SEXY as hell, I love MJ jumping around and dancing like that and looking like that.

Is this Lenny Kravitz kid going to outsell Prince this decade?
