Hung Up

Get Into The Groove

New Single

Vogue/Deeper and Deeper mashup

Music with some sort of special guest

Express Yourself/ Born This Way mashup

lol flip that hair!!

and barfill to any l. gaga involvement. fuck no!! hmph!

no rent-a-rapper and hell no to any justin timberl.... involvement.

besides that...carry on! kiss2

lol

I would just love some sort of Lady Gaga wink, kinda just to take control over all the comparisons. Gaga likes to avoid that comparison. Madonna could just come out swinging and go "Where the fuck do you think she got it from"

no. talk to the hand

Madonna doesn't need to acknowledge her. i think most every knows where she "gets it from" by now. lol. unless they flash a pic of Gaga and a voiceover comes on and says "which leg do you want me to break? stop bitch! now sit your ass down! " giggle i'd rather her do another Britney cameo or even Rihanna.

this would be MADONNA 'coming back' if you will. new music, new label, away for 3 yrs (which is pretty much a come back in pop music. lol ) so let it be 100% Madonna.

I wonder how it's going to be. Now another one of my top 5, and possibly the biggest one alive is doing it! I almost wish she would start it out innocent and then kick all the soccer mom's asses and OFFEND! lol lol lol Well, whatever she does, I think it will be talked about for days and a perfect way to launch her new project and gain some US momentum back.

from now until it happens,I'll probably be coming up with different setlists lol Right now, this is what I think she should do:

*4 Minutes intro (the 'marching band' instrumental music)

*Causing A Commotion/Into The Groove

*New Single

*Holiday (full song)

And she won't top Prince's epic halftime performance, so why bother!

I'm tired of these ridiculous stereotypes. People need to open their minds. Not everyone who likes football is a beer chugging idiot. I"m a huge football fan and a Madonna fan. I'm sure many people are the same. If you watch ESPN now, you will notice that have tons of women anchors and reporters. They finally work up and realized plenty of women love sports and we want to see females who know about sports just like us. Not all sports fans are males with big beer bellies. Sports is a universal thing now.

The reason Black Eyes Peas went down badly was not because of the audience, but because they were horrible live performers.

Madonna has always been an amazing live performer especially at big events.

Hey, I'm not stereotyping here...I'm just going by what is likely to go down well in the stadium.

You're right, there are footie fans of all types these days (I'm a big Bills fan and an even bigger Madge fan)....but, the ones that are going to stump up for the extortionate ticket fees are going to be hardcore fans (with the usual smattering of corporate he's and she's) and I can't see them going for Madge the way that they went for The Who (paedo Townsend notwithstanding...when is that book he's "writing" coming out?) or Springsteen. I've read a fair few footie books, and I cant remember off the top of my head who said it, but one of the big players said that the musical tastes in the locker room are split pretty evenly between rap fans and country 'n' western fans, with the odd hard-rock fan here and there. I'm assuming that tastes with the fans are in line with that....

I'd just hate to watch and see Madge come out to a limp reception or, worse than that, some clowns in the crowd booing or chanting....!!

The performance isn't just for people in the stadium. It's also for people watching at home. But actually the biggest fans are never at a stadium. A lot of times people get tickets just because it's an event or they get them as a corporate thing through their jobs. If you're a huge football fan, it's so much better to watch the game at home because you can see everything so much better. I'm a huge Redskins fan but I've never been to the stadium for that reason.

I don't see why the fans would have the same tastes as the players. Most of the players are much younger than the average fan. Most of the players are in the twenties or early 30's whereas a huge amount of fans are 40 or older.

I don't see a big danger of people booing Madonna. You don't have much faith in her to put on a good performance do you?

When I say I love Madonna...I LOOOOVE MADONNA!!!!!!

My fear is that is she lips the performance there will be a bunch of babies moaning about her inability to sing.....

If she does sing live, the same babies will moan about how horrible her singing is....

You know she's damned on both aspects........Could she totally kill the show with a great visual performance.....Hell to the Motherfucking YEAH!!!!

But as a fan I always want to see the people I love perform in their best light and unfortunately I can probably count on half of one hand great SB performances. So maybe I'm a little afraid, but if this goes down I totally hope she kills that shit! lol

Madonna would be crazy to pass up an opportunity like this. She's getting ready to launch a new album and a tour. The Super Bowl is watched by over 100 million people! This is probably the most high-profile gig she will ever have.

She should perform a new single at the Super Bowl, release it on itunes the very next day,and effectively start a whole new era.

Who's That Girl? Madonna at Super Bowl halftime
Contain your cone-shaped bras -- if you can.

Superstar Madonna could be hitting this season's Super Bowl halftime show in Indianapolis. The news hit the Internet this week, and the pick isn't too far-fetched. Madonna recently announced that she's working on new music, hopes to have a new single out by the winter and a new album out by next spring, and what better place than the Super Bowl stage to get you back on the charts?

"Who is bigger and better than Madonna? Madonna is a legend. Madonna is simply the biggest and the best who has ever done it," says Ronn Torossian, president and CEO of 5W Public Relations. "She's probably the biggest pop star in the world, and what's better than the world's biggest pop star performing on the world's biggest stage?"

The pick is far more edgy than any recent halftime acts. It's almost impossible to not talk about the 2004 Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake performance and ultimate wardrobe malfunction and the fallout in the years since. Most pop culture analysts say that choosing classic acts like The Who and even last year's PG-rated -- but contemporary -- hip-hop band The Black Eyed Peas seemed safe.

Madge in 2011 isn't exactly who she was in the thick of the 1980s. Sure, she's a widely influential middle-aged popstar, but she's toned it down.

"Madonna is now in her mid-50s, so I certainly hope she doesn't come out in her cone bra," says rock historian John Covach, author of "What's that Sound? An Introduction to Rock and Its History." "Madonna is somebody who crosses age generations and crosses sex barriers. She's just somebody who the whole world wants to see. She's really a living legend. Yes, of course, people are going to jump up and down to watch her. It's not just a performer. She is bigger than, perhaps, anybody alive."

Plus, let's face it: Madonna also might bring out a more diverse audience.

"People have joked online, maybe a larger gay audience will come," branding strategist Adam Hanft said. "There are broad segments of the audience that she appeals to."

And if there is a naughty incident (and 50-something or not, this is Madonna we're talking about), then … "people love to watch a train wreck too," Hanft said with a chuckle.

I doubt that she'll perform anything from Erotica lol after what happened in 2004 with Janet and Justin, she'll most likely play it safe and try to stay away from controversy.

I'm thinking that she will stick with the major hits ("Holiday","Music",maybe "Ray Of Light"),but the biggest question is,will she use this golden opportunity to debut a new single?
