B.Slade: "START" - From the new album "DIESEL"

"START".

"DIESEL" is out today via all major online music distributors.

The Bandcamp version has 2 extra tracks. You can listen to the entire album as well.

Also make sure to cop Rahsann Patterson's new album, "BLUEPHORIA",

available online via all major digital retailers.

Funky, freaky and nasty. Get it B.Slade (aka the artist formerly known as TON3X).

Only made it to about track 8 or so. "Start" is cool, but I 'm not feeling much else of what I heard.

I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

GREAT Album! Purchased it along with "I Love You" and "Tempo" - the additional singles, yesterday.

Love the groove of "FREAK U GOOD" and the lyrics of "PAPI FIGURE" - WOW!!!

Altogether, this album has an exceptional fresh vibe, the production is brilliant and the vocal-arrangements are tight!

HIGHLY recommanded to everyone who is looking for a new sound!

Right now I am jamming to "HIGH KICK POW" from JONTÉ produced by @BSLADE!

Damn, that groove kills me - The video is freaky, too!

BSLADE is a talented guy, no doubt!

I have been back and forth on which tracks I want to buy on the samples...I got Papi Figure, 17th Moon, Freak U Good and IRS....I think I wouldve saved money just buying the whole album.

Damn! I wanted to hate him after he left us in the gospel community hanging, but I cannot! This album is funky! He's making better music than he did when he was a gospel artist. eek

Wow..and I was mad when he ditched the pop r&b sound for gospel LOL!!! lol I remember his album Circuss was available on mp3.com as an indie artist back in the day..then all of a sudden he was putting out gospel music...I was highly pissed.

Yeah, I realized that gospel is much too demanding and limiting for artists like Tonex.

The church was PISSED when he left us. lol They was like, "Oh HELL no? And now you gay? Get the heck out." And they excommunicated him. They stopped booking him, cancelled everything...it was awful.

Wow..I am just glad he is shunned for good reason..so he can be the person he actually is. I knew he had it in him to keep the funk alive and he did just that.

Stokley, Rahsaan Patterson, Bilal and maybe/sometime even Maxwell may have a few words 2 say about that.
