The manager for Jason Malachi says Jason never posted on his Facebook page that he's the voice behind four songs on Michael Jackson's new album, adding Jason's the victim of Internet fraud.


Thad Nauden tells TMZ someone hacked Jason's Facebook page, touting that he conspired to foolSony, the Michael Jackson Estate and the public by secretly singing songs on the album, "Michael."

Nauden says Jason -- a Deputy Sheriff in Maryland -- wants everyone to know beyond a shadow of a doubt ... he did not sing a single note on the album.

UPDATE: Malachi posted to his MySpace page late last night, "I have NOT made any of those statements that the facebook hacker is posting!!!!!!"

Since then both his twitter and facebook page have been suspended.

As I said last week - this guy needs to get on an Entertainment show and make a statement one way or the other.

The second official single from Michael Jackson’s album “Michael” has been confirmed as “Hollywood Tonight”.

Written by Michael during the time of the “Invincible” album, Michael pulled the track out of the archives in 2007 to work on the song with producer Ron “Neff-U” Feemster. The track was written by Michael Jackson (spoken bridge by Teddy Riley) and produced by Michael with Teddy Riley and co-production from Neff-U.

It follows lead single “Hold My Hand”, a duet with Akon, which gave Michael his 55th UK top 10 hit single — extending his run of UK top 10 hits to 40 years. It is the second single to be lifted from the album “Michael” which is the fastest selling new Michael Jackson studio album in the UK since 1991’s “Dangerous” and was certified platinum within one week of release.

Good choice - now I hope they give it a proper video treatment.

Katherine Jackson is unloading on the lawyers overlooking Michael Jackson's Estate -- calling them "greedy" ... and claiming they're filing lawsuits left, right and center just to make a quick buck.



In a recent interview from the Michael Jackson Secret Vault, Katherine says, "All these lawyers that are involved in Michael's business since he passed -- there's a lot of them -- I think they're trying to create different lawsuits and things because they're greedy and they want to get paid."

As we previously reported, the Estate is currently suing Katherine's business partner Howard Mann for allegedly profiting off MJ's name and likeness without their permission -- an accusation Katherine took very personally.

His face wasn't swelling, just part of the make up. If you watch "The Making of Thriller" you'll see make up artist Rick Baker pulling the latex off his face also. It is a little painful because it's glued to your face.

Yeah I had the same issue with that shot. Though, that said, Lopez's time in the witness box did end up helping the defence through the cross examination when he admitted he thought they stole money from him, and even stole his wallet at one point.
