if she has it. last month, she was complaining to the l.a. times that she cannot meet her expenses on the $7K/mo she says she's getting from the estate (although it was initially reported that she was receiving $26K). that comment is a little misleading. the estate hasn't set her allowance, the probate judge has based on the law. under mj's will, she is a beneficiary but while the estate is in probate all the beneficiaries must live on an allowance based on what their personal expenses are. before mj's death, he was giving her a bigger allowance and she was likely breaking off pieces to various family members, like keeping jermaine's kids fed, clothed and housed.

but i doubt the executors or the court will approve any request from her to pay for jermaine's situation. remember, the executors are currently asking the court to issue an order to remove the baby mama and the sibling/cousins from hayvenhurst; the court docs are at tmz. if they're willing to make jermy's minor kids leave the only house they've ever known, i don't see them giving katherine money to give to him. maybe she has some money from the "side action" she's been getting by hawking mj's name in that book she wrote, but something tells me those projects haven't generated $91K.

plus all them kids and they momma living in katherine house the same woman katherine is suppose 2 b evitcing so if anybody deadbeat sounds like its the momma she already living off jermaine family so i think this story is very twisted
