Melanie Fiona has released a promotional preview clip of her second album, which is slated for release this year.

The R&B songstress talks about the process of recording her new album The MF Life.

She explains how she has been influenced by her travels, participating in the Rocawear campaigns and magazine photoshoots, and her journey as a new artist.

The album's first single, "Gone and Never Coming Back," was first leaked online on December 10. Her debut album, The Bridge, included the single "It Kills Me," which topped the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart for 10 weeks in 2009.
