But you never looked at the fact that in UCLA, an official announcmenet of death was made by Jermaine Jackson and Tohme Tohme. Why did no one from UCLA's staff announce MJ's death? The doctor and her team treating Michael is supposed to prounounce death at the press conference. No staff at UCLA made an announcement of death.

Do you know at look at the doctors here in 1995, when Michael was admitted into the hospital after collapsing rehearsing for the HBO concert. Here they talk about how they treated Michael.

Also look at President Clinton and his doctors talk about treating him for his heart condition

Because maybe with a death of this magnitude the family wanted to convey the news. Maybe Jermaine felt it was his duty as big brother to make the announcement. With The Jacksons it is always family first, and image, so maybe they thought it better for Michael's image that the family make the announcement.

Suga - I know you want to hold out hope, but you will have to eventually face the hard truth that MJ is gone. Each time you bring up a new "claim" it gets shot down and you move on with another one.

Maybe you can explain how a man who claimed to love his children and fans would cause this much pain to them? Answer is he wouldn't. It was a tragic accident that Michael died. And we are all mourning his loss. But to perpetrate these ludicrous claims only damages his reputation.

I've enjoyed a day of listening to Michael - celebrating his life's work.

His art is missed but his music lives on.

BEcause it was a death, I thinkin that's why the family made the annoucement. I doubt if he was just at the hospitl and everything was alright, they'd make an announcement, probably the docs like Clinton.
