I wish I didn't agree with this as much as I do. I try to listen to new stuff all the time. And every time I do I hear so much lifeless, soulless, rehashed dribble that I switch back to my Leona Lewis CD so I can listen to REAL MUSIC.
They play that California girls all the time too, and shes not even any good, Katy Perry is like what the Americans are overhyping as the British were around Amy Drughouse.
We don't get much of the urban, hip hop like sogs, as the radio stations here are aimed at mostly European listeners, anything black, urban or hip hoppy is on Maori or Island stations like Flava, Mai and Big.
Each and every song on stations that play current music.

They're not playing it quite so much anymore, but that "song" with the rapper talking over the Supertramp sample "Take a look at my girlfriend" is easily the worst piece of shit to hit the airwaves in a decade. Simply AWFUL

I took stations that play current music off my radio dial back in 1997 after I had already been fed up with it for years. I still hear it all over the TV when I'm surfing the channels, in the news, from passing cars, from co-workers, and from my nephews so, unfortunately, I'm still exposed to it. I just wish there was a way that I could not hear it whatsoever ever again until something better comes along. Correction, IF something better ever comes along.
I hate when artists announce their label, or brand their names into the beginning of every song. Maybeee if they made memorable music they wouldn't have to!
Well I stopped listening to the radio in 2005, and I literally have not listened since then. But I have a pretty good idea what gets played. So I would say anything with Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj... the whole Young Money scene I should say. Gucci... I don't know, I am just judging my guess of what the radio plays on what is popular at the moment.

I like him. His songs are catchy and hes a great dancer. There, I admitted it.

Amazing, I have never heard of Jason Derulo, but it sounds like overplayed rubbish from a few years ago like that song "I'm Yours" by Jason Muraz, who had the ONE hit, yet hes played to death. My guess is not to trust any dude called Jason with a guitar, the whole image of the halo haired white dude with a guitar and 1960s/70s hippy style clothing with any easy listening style acoustic melody music should be ended.
I am also really over Michael Buble (Or Bubble as I call him), as his music is played to death, as hes coming here too.
