lol That's what I would call anyone who believed that article.

Care to share why that is? Is the source not credible? EW is usually pretty good about pointing out a shaky source but if you have something to add beyond calling me an ass, feel free to share it. Thanks in advance! thumbs up!

It's from News Of The World, a UK tabloid but it looks like Joe really did do the interview

that's makes it even more shameful disbelief

Here's what is being said on MJJC

smooth_criminal05

I am told 2012 will be a very busy year for MJ releases. This year is dedicated towards the new album which will leak into the first half 2011. Also, Off The Wall will be re-issued in 2011. Then in 2012 we have the following releases (this is the talk at the estate right now);

-Bad 25 with remixes, a new booklet, new cover, and 1-2 new songs

-Bad tour live in Wembley issued to DVD

-A Cirque Du Soleil Album towards the end of the year when the first Vegas show begins.

Based on this, it seems highly unlikely the second new album would be out in 2012. If I were to personally guess, I'd say 2013 before we see the next album, either that or mid 2011 as a Part 2 to the first. My source is saying 2011-2012, but I'd still say 2013 seems most realistic. No confirmation though, this is purely speculation. Right now, the focus is on this new album coming out this fall.

LaToya's Earth Song - I have to say I did love the opening with the projection of MJ in the plume of smoke - nice touch. On the upside LaToya only sang a line.

As for the BS tracklist post - I'm with all you guys on this. It's obviously someone just trying to grab their 20 minutes of "insider" fame.

We could all sit here and put down songs we know of and fashion them into an album, but until I hear it from a credible source I view every release tidbit with a healthy helping of "uh huh".

As pointed out Sony would be insane to release a double disc of new material. If they are smart they release a single disc of around 10 songs and treat it like a cohesive album. And no piggie backing it onto a greatest hits album - there is no need.

BTW does anyone know what ever happened to Quincy's cover version of Thriller project? Bboy? Timmy?

If he did fake his death ( 1 % chance) , it would probably have been for a very justifiable reason to do so, not something that would be intended to hurt his fans. We all know how much he loved his fans, however he was surrounded a by so many shady people and this concert series was concerned as a sham from day 1 according to people who knew him.

I don't believe that shit. I don't want anyone to think that he fake his death, that would be real stupid.

As gross as Joe is I kind of get his point. He knows Michael listened to Katherine and would shut Joe out, and Katherine is known to take the passive attitude towards things. However only an idiot (Joe) would blame this on her. Michael and (on a much larger scale) his doctor are purely to blame.

Natalia Kills (will.i.am entertainment / cherrytree records / interscope) said so in an interview, as she is working with Ron at the moment.

ive just read it , 4 years seems a long time , i can hardly imagine mike working 4 straight years on music with him. so the estate has some more work to do ?

Katherine Jackson's Lawyer Goes After Joe Jackson
Joe Jackson's cruel attack -- that his wife, Katherine, is responsible for Michael's death, is but the latest in a rich history of reckless, untrue comments ... so says Katherine's lawyer and the lawyer for Michael Jackson's estate.

Katherine is not commenting on what amounts to her husband's declaration of war -- that she refused to "keep [Michael] cheered up" because she didn't want to invade his privacy, and he'd be alive today if she had.

Katherine's lawyer, Adam Streisand, tells TMZ, "The world knows that Mrs. Jackson has always been a loving mother and grandmother, and that she and Michael had a very special relationship." Streisand then drives it home: "The world also knows who Joe Jackson is and he seems bent on never letting us forget."

Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the Michael Jackson estate, tells TMZ, "The inference by Joe Jackson that Mrs. Jackson was in any way responsible for Michael's death is preposterous. Katherine Jackson was a supportive and loving mother throughout Michael's life. His love and respect for her is reflected in his estate plan."
"We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

But at the same time, Michael and the other siblings had a reason for shutting him out. This is a guy who's blaming AEG for taking advantage of Michael's alleged addiction and Katherine YET he and Leonard Rowe weren't concerned with Michael's health when they were trying to have him sign contracts for that Texas concert with AGE who are now suing the estate for $300 million

I see what you're saying, but still, Joe keeps making himself look bad every minute with each action and you see why his children keep him at arm's length neutral

What a prick. Joseph Jackson is a sorry excuse for a human being. Katherine's put up with his bullshit for 60-some years. He slowly is killing her and he doesn't even realize it because he was too busy trying to be a pimp or something. FUCK HIM alright, fuck him.
