.....I'll leave it at 8, can't nail down the final two with any resolve, like do I prefer Neil Young's voice more than Bowie even though Tim Buckley usurps both technically and some of his songs are favourites but there're fewer of them or do I pluck for Tim Hardin who's got the quantity factor but not the shining holy-shit greatness of some of the previous artists music? Or do I take the obvious choice and say put a Marvin Gaye just cos I can't figure an objective preference? I'll stick with 8.

LOL I forgot to include myself also. evillol Throughout the years I've heard people say I sound like a lot of the people I mentioned in my first post. It's guess it's natural since I've studied them all so closely. But when I had an engineer tell me, on a particular part of a song, that I reminded him of TTD I was like whofarted "I'm nowhere near that level, but thanks anyway." And when I was in a vocal group in the 90's doing cover tunes I always sang the parts by Nate Morris, Ricky Bell, and K-ci.
I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!
