Who's More Effiminate - Prince or MJ? Both of them have acted like sissies during the course of their lives/careers, but I got to give the edge to Prince. When Prince decides to be masculine, he's far more a man's man than MJ was, but when that sissy Prince took over I can be a true friend, or a worthy adversary. The choice is yours.

I still think Michael looks quite masculine in his "blood on the dancefloor" video

Both were quite effeminate in the beginning of their careers. Prince's original interviews and the brief 'interview' Dick Clark gave him on American Band Stand was full of ultra-fey.

But MJ always at least tried and butched things up during the 'Bad' days. During the LoveSexy days, Prince actually femmed out in big ways (on purpose). I think the difference between MJ and Prince is that Prince is better at chosing whatever mannerism he wants to display--whether it's 'gansta' MJ, poor fella, just goes queenie when his feathers are ruffled. During the Martin Bashir documentary when he looks at the camera all defiant and says "I take care of my kids" I swear to god, I thought he was going to explode and a shower of rainbow skittles was gonna fall in the room. Poor fella. Even when he brought his ...ahem... wife I honestly think that if MJ would have embraced his queeniness, we would have gotten something brilliant that would easily rivaled LoveSexy. That's all I really have to say. I can not WAIT to see all the angry posts on this thread before it's locked. Mike is alot less femme fashion wise then Prince. Post "Thriller", Mike either dressed up in some sort of Leather gear or some sort of Millitary garment/garments most of the time. Prince pretty much always looked femme. Mike's build may have something to do with it. He can pull off masculine sometimes whilst Prince, with his build, really cant. Of course, both are femme as hell but Prince alot more so. Mike is alot more identifiable then Prince when it comes to fashion aswell. This ain't no game!

Mike is alot more identifiable then Prince when it comes to fashion aswell. Precisely. "I never self-proclaimed myself to be anything." - Michael Jackson

On stage, Mike is surprisenly masculine considering how shy he is etc... Unless he is playing guitar, Prince is infamous for prancing and posing about on stage LOL This ain't no game!

i have thought about this before and i think Jacko was more effiminate. both are really but i think prince seemed more "manly" because at least he has a deep-ish speaking voice and he was/is quite the ladies man. there was nothing masculine about MJ at all!

Wearing leather skirts, leg warmers and high heel boots? Oh man.
Who are you calling a sissy?!? Tupac "Makaveli" Shakur (RIP 1971-1996) & Michael Jackson (RIP 1958-2009)
2 men that had their lives taken away the moment they were speaking out AND rebelling against the dark side of the music industry once too often.

Well, when you consider one was a gay man and one is not, isn't that all the answer you need? MJ was a brilliant singer/dancer...best of all time, however, that's all he was. Let's not compare him to Prince, best musician of all time, but rather, compare him to someone like Sammy Davis Jr (who I don't hear anyone calling a musical genius).

Prince has seen all parts of the pussy. MJ...well the jury is still out on that one. I concur. No matter how feminine Prince acts, I never question the fact that he likes WOMEN. But sometimes I'd have to look at Michael and be like "hmmm....ghey?" My sister and I used to remark on how you NEVER saw Prince with an ugly woman. It's like Prince thought to himself, I'm 5'1". let me look and think like a female and do whatever I gotta do to pull the punani. Michael.....Debbie Rowe. Lisa Marie. Some manly looking chicks. Nuff sed. game....Blouses. I'm from Brooklyn, so I have a little hustler in my blood....
