80's! Big Dutch Hits! Woohoo!

Welcome to Holland!
The 80's were real hot.
I got all these cheesy songs on MP3; I love cheesy 80's

MAYWOOD! Rio

ANITA MEYER! Why Tell Me Why

BZN! Mon Amour (pay attention to the audience members one minute into the song)

THE DOLLY DOTS! Radio (look at the girls; find scary, find baby)

DOE MAAR 32 Jaar (Sinds Een Dag of Twee) (best selling Dutch band for a long while; Beatles effect)

Scott Fitzgerald & Yvonne Keeley - If I Had Words

Doe Maar was/is still great !!!
The hype was 2 big at the time 2 really see
how good they were..but they got their well deserved
respect years later.

IfI had words was a song wich reminds me at my childhood
...I thought it was from the 70's (??)

Dolly Dots....aaaah,reminds of my first visits alone at
the fair on the roundabout. Liked Boys much better lol

And I just can't stand Anita Meyer..my mom liked this a lot confused
Same goes 4 Maywood....

And U forgot Mai Tai,they had 2 great MJ-sounding hits!

Yeah,Belgian people loooved everything that came from Holland. wink

These are all so old; they remind me of being a wee fella. Even the BZN, I love that tune, in a weird way.

I got to admit, listening to Anita also brings back some great memories.

BZN was so popular, their biggest hit was "amour.." or something
like that.
