This certainly is news to me, because at the time Mel B was dating this dude (the short-haired guy on the left) 
This is Icelander Fjölnir Þorgeirsson, who is known for little other than having once dated Mel B. Yet he was always in the local tabloids if he bought a new apartment, went to a movie premiere.... at one point he could have went out for a hot-dog and THAT would be news-worthy in the tabloids ... Mel B is still referred to as "Iceland's (now former) daughter-in-law".... in Iceland.

I think she looks great! Yes, she did recently have a baby and I admire the fact that she evidently has enough self-respect to realize that if you're gonna wear an outfit like that, you need to look as tight as possible.
Proper undergarments are absolutely life-savers, sometimes. What's worse is when women who NEED to have some stuff packed in are showin' it off anyways -- belly hanging over their waistbands, bumps and rolls everywhere. Nobody has to look like that.
