Rate the songs on Janet's new album (Official Org Janet Thread)

I'm sorry to continue the overload of Janet threads, but I thought this would be a nice place to rate the songs and the album as a whole.

I'll start by rating the songs:

• "So Excited": 7- This is a decent uptempo Janet song. The Khia part is minorly annoying, but the "Rockit" sample guarantees a great groove. It's a nice start to the album.
  
  
• "Show Me": 8- I'm a sucker for cheap synths, and this delivers! Janet also isn't hiding the vocals as much on this track as she does the other uptemo ones in the urban suite.
  
  
• "Get It Out Me": 6- Janet's vocals are quite weak in the verses, but the snarling groove garners it bonus points.
  
  
• "Do It 2 Me": 9- This is my favorite of the uptempo urban cuts. I like the old-school feel given by the sample. This is bread 'n butter Janet!
  
  
• "This Body": 5- I'm not crazy about this one. The elements of a good Janet come-on is there, but the rap toward the end ruins it for me.
  
  
• "With U": 10- This is simply a sublime Janet ballad- her best in a long time. It is instantly memorable and the melody suits Janet's strong points well. Janet has found her sexy side again!
  
  
• "Call on Me": 7- This is a pleasant enough midtempo pop song, and Nelly is surprisingly not too annoying! I'm not sure it was a great choice for lead single, but it has gotten her a modest bit of radio play.
  
  
• "Daybreak": 8- The kaleidoscope segment begins with a bright, feel-good number that would fit really well into the "Runaway"/"Escapade" part of a tour. Ephemeral and fresh.
  
  
• "Enjoy": 10- This is the best jam on the album and simply put, is resplendent pop at its best. Janet has a history of delivering uplifting, insouciant pop numbers, and her vocals are proudly prominent. Most exciting is that her happiness sounds sincere.
  
  
• "Take Care": 9- Reminiscent of the later Rhythm Nation ballads, Jam 'n Lewis deliver a sexy song that doesn't delve into the raunch. To be honest, I didn't know she still had it in her!
  
  
• "Love 2 Love": 7- Reminiscent of "Anytime, Anyplace", this pleasant ballad closes the set without much bombast. Regardless, it's quite decent and capable of raising the temperature a few degrees.

Other comments:

I like that this album is rather economic. The interludes don't distract too much and form perfect segues between the different segments of the album. Trimmed to 11 songs, this album is good for replay.

I like how the album is organized. The four different segments are Janet's trademarks, and rather than being mixed into a mishmash affair, they are grouped together appropriately. It's almost like a Janet tour set in the studio.

This album doesn't have much to say, but Janet provides a caveat in the intro that she wants to "keep it light".

They are filled with so much over the top negativity that is unnecessary

Funny, cos you guys have so far been the most positive of the few boards I visit (non-Jackson based).

I've often wondered if construction of a red lightsaber takes place before you can become a Republican, or is it something you do after initiation. Dah, well...

I do wish Janet would do a return to form record and get away from this commercial urban sound, but i wholly admit that it's just that i was 15 20 years ago and janet really hit me with rhythm nation. all that said, if anyone cares:
