I don't know too much about piano players, but I know that some of those classical piano players, and jazz ones too, sometimes really amaze. Sometimes I wonder how a human being can do those things.
What about Mike Garson? I love everything he's done with Bowie. | |

I always thought that "The Ballad of Dorothy Parker" on the "It Ain't Over" CD alone shows that Renato can do things on the keys that Prince can't. Not to put Prince down, though. He never played those clear, on-the-point solos, though. | |

Has anyone mentioned little Richard yet? Again, he may not top the list of most technically accomplished players but I'll still attest to this day that despite his seldom use of prominent electric guitar and how much more refined or loud or distorted rock n roll has gotten over the years, that Little Richard rocks as well and as intensely as just about anybody who came afterwards and does it just by bangin on the ol' 88.
