It really happened, folks. It's one one of Grace's early albums, "Portfolio"...along with her version of...oh lawd...SEND IN THE CLOWNS.

I've had the vinyl of this album for a couple of years, but I really just bought it for decoration because I love the cover. It wasn't until a week or so ago that I realized what exactly was ON this little gem. Has anyone else experienced the fabulous wrongness that is Grace covering "Annie"?

Portfolio must be languishing in my loft in a box with loads of other cassettes. I'll have to dig it up some day.

"Barefoot in Beverley Hills" is my fave GJ track - from one of her much later albums. You know it Anx?

Portfolio is indeed a bit of a mixed bag. To me, it's worth the price for "La Vie en Rose" alone, though.
