Does any1 else burst into laughter....

When listening to "Don't U Worry Bout a Thing" by Stevie Wonder when he's randomly yelling the pseudo-spanish gibberish?

I cant even help myself.

everytime that song comes on ...spit

Then he says: "Eh, mama-- you know what that means?"

She just lets out an unamused "No."

spit

Random share. shrug

I think it's pretty funny too actually. I then like how he then turns around and makes the pseudo spanish jibberish into something really profound by screaming "Cheeeeevare" in the background.

Yeah but my jaw drops when he runs off the Near Eastern countries of "Iraq...Iran". Freakin coincidence for '73. Two countries that caused the US to worry 'bout a lot of things.

I do burst out laughing at the end of 'Do I Do' when he's trying to freestyle, just making up gibberish as he goes along. I love it biggrin

Money talks; bullshit walks.
As long as folks are gettin' paid for their recordings, what's it matter?
Always cool to get paid for something you laid down years ago.
Especially when ya ain't crankin' out the hits so much, but I guess artists
should live off the "good intentions" of their fans, eh?

If stevie would stop hanging off a note for half an hour, i may tolerate him. Great production and melody, but the voice is offputting and sounds hammy sometimes.

Nuhh- uh. I heard that voice live last month and not hammy at all-- its so damn full and wonderful. I get hammy thinking about that show, yes, but his fams feel that genuine quality of his songwriting-- though not latent with puns and sexual innuendo, it gets the job done.nod

Seriously, I cannot imagine anyone who's heard one of his 70s albums saying that. His voice only became nasally and strained in the 80s (or at earliest around songs in the key of life)

? His voice just annoys me all the time. And people gotta admit he writes songs high on corny, even if they are soulful.
