As for the "scandal", I think the kid probably did have an affair with Abdul, but its obvious that he is only revealing the info because he has a CD and book coming out. He is trying to generate publicity. Oh, and Meltwithu's "ignorant slut" comment is a reference to an old Saturday Night Live skit with Dan Ackroyd and Jane Curtain. I agree, he only did this for the publicity and no other reason or he would have talked sooner. If he thinks this will help him sell CD's then he may have miscalculated that one. The majority of the audience for his CD would most likely be female and this is not the way to win us over. If his story is true most females aren't celebrating the fact that he's selling Paula out after she did all of that stuff for him. I'm not saying Paula is totally innocent in all of this but women don't like men who kiss and tell. [Edited 5/7/05 13:28pm] If Corey Clark was a rap artist (on the very evil side of 50 Cent), then this controversy would have really pay off. | |
