I LOVE the 2001 version of it. It's the only recording of the full show. An acquaintence of mine (friend of my best friend) actually directed that show and the 3 subsequent Broadway Cares fundraisers. I got to watch a bootleg of that performance, as well as home video of them rehearsing. Lillias White had some shoes to fill, but I think she did quite nicely. Heather Hedley, I thought, was pretty good as well.
