No support acts that I can remember, just the playing of Andreas Vollenweider, Behind The Gardens, Behind The Wall, Under The tree. Although I think Candy Dulfer did do one in Offenbach the open air gig on 27th August '88.

The whole tour is a blur, I was going off my tickets and the only outdoor I remember was the one where Candy Dulfer came on stage for a while. My ticket says Offenbach on it but we must have used it to gain entry into Waldstadion. Maybe there was another outdoor gig? I am sorry as I said it is all a bit hazy. In the distance a light shines and I know it is mine. Someday I will touch it because it calls me. It says cross the line, cross the line. I know everything is not always what it seems, so I pinch myself daily just in case it's a dream

You are a lucky sonofabitch, sir. (Although that Nude Rotterdam show was opening night in the rain, right?) I was there on the second night, the weather was still shitty but not as wet as the first night on which I believe Prince left the stage after wiping out, only one hour after the show started. I was there with a buddy who just had gotten his driver's license, driving his mom's Volvo. We parked off road, after the show it was stuck in the mud. Another interesting thing: I was going through some Prince-stuff last night and found the ticket for that night, I looked at the price: Hfl 34,50 (guilders), which is about 16 Euro's ($17)...ONA cost me 52,50 euro's last year, and those weren't even the best seats (I didn't order through NPGMC). Unbelievable... [This message was edited Thu Nov 6 0:37:25 PST 2003 by abierman]

Damn gooey, u get around don't ya I would only describe myself fanatic when it comes to seeing the man live. His records don't touch me anymore in the way they used to, but seeing him live... Jeez. In the old days (the PRE internet era) it was also the best way to meet nutters that had access to boots. I met alot of fun people that way.[/quote] Gooey...BATACLAN, BATACLAN, BATACLAN!!! Right. We were all very dissappointed. But he came back to do a show at Thialf. The prices are indeed sumthing. Does this mean we're getting old? LoL And I would gladly pay 100 euro's for any concert like the ones he played during the ONA tour.

I always thought there were loads of fans who followed Prince's tours through the continent...?
They most have attended hundreds of shows ... so ... aren't they on the org? I only attended about 15 shows through the years 1986 - 2000

There were two open-airs on 30th/31th August '88 in Hamburg/St.Pauli (Wilhelm-Koch-Stadion). These concerts became famous in the local press about their extreme volume. Some people sued the local authorities for approving the concerts @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
