So The Violet Reality & Dr. Funkenberry both are reporting that there is a Prince pop coming. Thoughts? I have my views, but I'll wait for others to speak first.

I'd rather McFarlane Toys did some figures, but, oh well, I'll probably pick this up.

indeed. i've bought the jim morrison and elvis figures for my dad. he's had them displayed for years....a string bending, guitar faced rock n roll hall of fame prince figure would be pretty sweet.

that said, i hope none of my family get hip to this funko pop thang, else i'll get half a dozen of them for christmas. although my son did get one of the 500 gold joey votto pops at the reds game the other night...that shit's selling for $300. prince fans might just be crazy enough to pay a premium if this ends up being a limited edition...

We have some McFarlane Hendrix, Joplin & KISS figures. They're terrific!

Would love to see them do a bunch of Prince from different eras, Dirty Mind through Gold Experience would all be awesome.
