I don't think the pic of the stairs is a big deal. Some of those texts sound like they came from Prince himself. P didn't have a cell phone and probably wasn't very used to using one. He might have snapped a pic by mistake while he was walking.

Like Penny said, it can happen, especially if you don't know how a cell phone works. My mom is around his age and sometimes she struggles too and accidently sends pictures. Sometimes your own ass (literally) can send them accidently. It happens.

I actually think that the things Tyka came out and said, along with Sheila saying, we don't know the entire story, was nothing but a ploy to divert our attention away from the fact that he was hooked on drugs for years.

I think he probably did know they weren't legal, it wasn't like he was having scripts wrote out in his name.

I mean, he swallowed the pills deliberately (i.e., not by accident). I think that was clear in the ME and attorneys statement.
