Been catching up on some old TV appearences.

P seemed most at ease, laid back when on with Jay Leno for some reason.

The pranks and the joking around is behavour I've rarely seen from Prince, offstage anyway.

And there are a couple of times he cracks up like I've never heard, like he's really letting his guard down. Noteably when Leno says one day he'll "wake up naked tied to a lamp post" and when Leno's attempting to get him back as a phony security guard, not letting prince's limo in the carpark.

Really reccomend watching/rewatching them..

Oh these were just great! I couldn't get sound for the third one unfortunately, but I really enjoyed watching...wonderful to hear him laugh! Thank you!!

I understand that people dislike Leno but I have always enjoyed Prince´s appearances on the Tonight Show and I think from the looks of it he felt most comfortable when he was Jay Leno´s guest.

His performance were superb, too. I liked his renditions of the Come On remix , Somewhere Here On Earth or The Ballad Of Dorothy Parker that he gave on the Tonight Show.

I have all of these video's.I saw it when i was looking at an mj prank.A lady and man stood outside of an apt bldg and yelled mj say hi please show your face.They were trying to see if others would bite.The entire street was filled in minutes btw mj was no where to be found..Which would of been the same way for prince.But,he always loved jay leno.Loved his car collection and loved the fact that jay would tell the celebs dont spend your money put it in the bank live off the interest.

I dont know 4 sure.But,i use to say it was because leno was the first to talk about and make fun of mj when he got in trouble.And he liked kevin

Not to be negative nelly but these appearances always seemed a bit fake and forced to me. (Yeah as if Prince really called Jay about the stupid chair or if he did, Jay didnt recognize the voice)

You could also tell that Jay Leno liked him too as a performer, it wasn't fake.

Thanks man, I enjoyed re-watching these, some I hadn't seen either. The promo stuff at the end is brilliant.
