I think people like Wendy, Lisa, Levi etc could be involved providing background information, but not in producing the actual music and making it ready for release. It should be released the way it is, if possible in chronological order. The Vault vol. 1: 1978-79. Vol. 2: 1980-81. Etc etc... THIS "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

Yes... I can't remember who it was now but in the 90's they said that some reels were in a bad state and they needed to "bake the tapes" and record the content to digital. They had even purchased the oven and were ready to go and Prince changed his mind at the last minute. :-/ |

I never say Sheila E as being big in the area of the actual creative process. yes she sang lead/backup and played percussions, but I can see her being more as the leader of getting the bands together to do shows and such. While these others work on the material.

P already had tapes remastered and archived but probably not the whole vault. Warner Bros Pictures still owns some things. Graffiti Bridge SOTT UTCM and some of the video footàge. | |

BIG ROOTs band fan, I have all of their albums and have seen them live, singles remixes and mix tapes. so I know a lot about Questlove and even more about Prince

I say both, let the crew who were there in that era do finishing touches and each release should be a two disc set, the second disc has the original demo or near finished track. ** do something,before we're gone , and we're just a rock where a world went wrong...** | |

The Revolution would be great to work on putting out their material with Prince. People seem to have no idea that even through the strained time W&L truly loved the man. Yes I know this from one degree of separation and am confident in saying u would have seen some kind of activity with Prince and mist or all of the Revolution had he lived... Adding new stuff no but if there truly are a couple albums finished get them out. | |
