I'm pretty sure ripping CDs is illegal again here in the UK.

I too only buy physical copies of Prince stuff now, virtually everything else I stream or download.

If it were illegal for me to rip a CD I purchased and load it onto my digital player then I would be a law breaking MF straight up!! Just sayin'... cool

Not dead, not in prison, still funkin'...

Hi

Does anyone know if there's likely to be a physical CD or vinyl release of Phase 2? Have searched usual places and couldn't find anything.

Thx!

Not sure why anyone would waste their money.

One of the factors in the low sales for
HNRP1 must have been the fact that the CD
appeared in stores with no advance word.
Do you think that he would do that again
with HNRP2?

Pure logic, and confirmed by events.

So, speculation. Not confirmed by events.

.

Yes confirmed by events. HNR1 and HNR2 were both offered to WBR, as stated by Prince's Twitter account. Why the fuck would WBR make a deal with P in 2014 and not tie him to them? This is STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE.
.

You lot still think that P had the upper hand in the WBR negociations -- reality check: he didn't.

That's correct.

HNR1 was passed up by WB and received a TIDAL: ROC NATION/NPG Release.

HNR2 was passed up by WB once again, as stated on Prince's TWITTER account, claming it was already in WB hands...

Then tell me where on earth you read that HNR1 was on WB. I know about Prince's tweet for HNR2.
