I love these two individually and together - and she's a badass drummer - wish she was playing with Princes band...

I disagree. Prince brought Sheila to the stage many times and loved that she could really play.

Just because it worked out for Santana and his marriage, doesn't mean it would work for Prince and Sheila E, two different people. If Prince didn't marry Sheila E in all the years he knew her, why would he marry her now? At one time, Prince probably felt about Sheila E as if she were his sister, and right now, I don't think they are even friends, let alone you wanting them to be husband and wife. I think that ship has long sailed.
