But hey, I like the solos. He is a guitarist after all... And not many else these days is doing that in pop music... I think it's refreshing.

Are you saying he's too good and he needs her to dull his talent a bit? She is conventionally attractive, (all you need these days) and her singing, though competent, is no better than any other bar band singer. She certainly can't play the guitar. I guess maybe you were joking? Don't be hypnotized by the boobs. and makeup. They have nothing to do with musical skill. Hit play on that video, close your eyes and listen without looking. You'll find it sounds a lot worse than your eyes remember it.

What the funk are you talking about?i just said that

im a guitar player and i love solos but i think he overplays and isnt that great

of a lead player.

his greatest strenght is his songwritting,nice falsetto and good rhythm

guitar playing.

Music is not a contest and i never said that i am better.

That's why I like him! Guitar solos in pop songs are a lost art (so are instruments in general ), and I'll never complain about having too many. You're entitled to your opinion, though.
