Wasn't the riff from "Guitar" based on a U2 song? You're right, this song as much I dig the drumming and guitar playing has too many similarities to "Iron Man" for me to ignore. Lastly, the lyrics don't make any sense. I'm hoping somebody else wrote the lyrics like "Live Out Loud" which was written by Liv Warfield. I'm rooting for 3EG, but I hope they release "The Breakdown" soon.

Anyone could come up with a riff like what's used on "Guitar" and "I Will Follow". Turn up the distortion on an amplifier and it begs you to play something like that sooner or later.

Having said, I do hear "Iron Man" here. It's, once more, a very simplistic type of a hook that is bound to resemble other songs, but it sounds like he must have been aware of the similarities this time around. Maybe sending those flowers to Sharon Osbourne was a pre-emptive strategy?

Like it more than Fixurlifeup (which isnt hard). Looking forward to getting Funknroll, which I've yet to hear but it sounds good by most accounts and Breakdown (hopefully its on the album)

They must be against individualism too (which should be pretty strange for a Prince fan), because the lyrics of "Fixurlifeup" are simply an individualist statement, like the ones he has been writing since "Uptown". Why "Uptown" isn't self-help but "Fixurlifeup" is escapes me. Or it actually doesn't escape me: can it be that the Prince of the 80s was cool and then we love his individualist lyrics, but the current Prince is a religious dumbass and then we hate his individualist lyrics, although the essential message was the same in 1980 and in 2013?
