That eBay tape from 1989 with the Batdance/Trust remixes, etc. The tape was mentioned in this thread:

The Batdance and ICNTTPOYM remixes, as well as 2 of the Trust remixes, are now widely circulating. It looks like "Like A Prayer (Dub Beats)" and "The Future" are the same as the officially released songs.
Does anybody know if the other "Trust" remixes are circulating?
Also, I can't remember right now if the Prince version of "Get Wild" is already circulating or not... |

IDK that the other Trust mixes are out. I don't think Prince's vocal version of Get Wild is out either as far as I can remember but I'm not 100% sure (too lazy to check my old outtakes but I guess I'd remember it, and if it was it'd not be a recent leak).
I wouldn't bet 100% on The Future and Like A Prayer being exactly the released versions but IDK really.
It's odd that SOME of the stuff from that cassette leaked but not all. Still, since it leaked on 2 occasions I guess there may be a third "leak" coming. That sounds right, Maybe later i can compare the 2The Prince "Get Wild" from "Work It" is unlistenable, the sound is so bad.
So, let's just agree that it's not circulating, because that just doesn't count. | |
