Riveting? lol

Come is great, the arrangement and jazzyness before the ending is chilling.

Insatiable is another one I like.

"You say you want my hips in the air...? Oh no I dont care" I could never understand if he was saying that from a females or mans perspective.

That huge scream and all the lyrics toward the ending are great.

I mean, he sings, "Oh oh oh, yeah! Did you come? I wanna know!" But all he need do is look to see the dewy glow, rosy cheeks, bright clear eyes, deep fresh breaths, smile. All I need now is a sandwich. Lol

Last December.

A lovely song, but if it's the one I'm thinking of the ending goes on for far too long and would have benefitted from being cut in my opinion. Too much of a good thing. smile

The ending of Glam Slam is quite orchestral and pleasant.

I always wanted the end of 'The Ladder' to go on and climb even higher.. If you'll pardon the pun!

You must be thinking of the wrong one then wink. The song builds up to a guitar solo, then a choir chorus, then finally some cool drums at the end. It does fade out, then back in, but nothing that takes away from the song.

Yeah that's the one, actually I didn't remember there's a reprise as a final track on the album and maybe that's the one where the chorus gets repeated about seven times..."Come together, come together as one.." or some such. For me, I always thought that constant repeat was over-egging the pudding..a nice melodic line, but it just goes on for too long. I do agree that the climax of the song is very good with the drums etc. Anyway, at least we've clarified our positions. smile

yeab, Shhh and White Mansion!
and what about In This Bed I Scream, what a killer outro.

But what came first to my mind was:
COOL LOVE, Sheena Easton's '88 album track with that killer Prince-on-guitar ending.
Whadaya think? Never heard it? Look it up, it's worth.
What do you mean it's not in the computer?

Yes, memorable in a bad way. He totally ruined the mood of this "holy" song by chanting "join the club! join the club!"

Beatenm but I always liked the rock/funk jam at the end of "In This Bed I Scream" also. Too bad it just fades out.

"I Hate U" is cool too. "Sex is not all I think about. It's just all I think about....you."
