in reality i have my own heartache isuues going on with someone and this song rang true to me and my real life situation that im going through right now....so i was speaking from that place and how it spoke to me on a personnal level.

Very cool! I was really hoping it was a new P song but this is one hell of a cover!

Much better then some others he's covered in his career and put on vinyl. Lets hope he includes this on the new CD

Love the drums and cymbols. The music sounds really great too. Only one thing though, he's definitely holding back on the falsetto which seemed to be sung too low and needed to be in the entire lyrics and this song would have been perfect for a scream or two. I do understand it was a rehearsal though. Other than that, great job, and it's the best thing he's released all year.

Great cover. You can hear how much fun they are having playing together.

The recording is strong on the drums. Hannah played it rock drum till 3.30 then she gets into the original groove albeit with more ride. Somewhere she calls out "Sing it boy!"

Very nice! Although Prince's production in general has been better recently, I still think it would be cool if he recorded an album live on a soundstage like this, kind of like the old Warehouse recordings.
