Again, I understand that he might have a legal basis for his behavior--but just being able to do something doesn't mean you should, either from a moral or public relations standpoint. If he's really concerned about his image, maybe he should think about more about how he treats people than just about how people treat his pictures. Nobody has to Photoshop a pair of horns on his picture for people who hear about his actions to see them there when he acts this way.

I don't remember that but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. And I could easily see one or more of the handful of attorneys on this site handling a counterclaim for free!

My thoughts on that is that it's because there's really nothing he can say that is not going to result in someone on the Org attacking him the same way 3EG attacked him in the chat (or worse). Did you see some of the stuff that was posted about him in the other thread? It went from a pretty calm discussion of the right and wrong way to treat fans to a complete slanderous mudfest in a matter of minutes. Because Serps posts were readily available here, I ASSumed that it was with Prince's blessing that we saw so many pics and reviews. Especially with the strick org rules regarding this issue.

Everyone has a bad day now and then and Imo, if Serp was already put on notice that his material was not permitted or requested by Prince, he had no right posting it anywhere.

Prince has given the world fabulous music for decades and deserves respect and honor for giving us this amazing gift. No one that know of forces anyone to listen to or agree with Prince. So if someone continuously goes against his wishes and disrespects a specific request, no matter how much other fans like it, it is not the right way of expressing appreciation. I wonder how many of us would be fed up if we repeatedly requested something of others which was totally disregarded and disrespected? 4oneanother

my take on this....u people made WAY too much a big deal...seemd like a relativley calm give nd take between serp and 3rd eye. they made valid points but serp didnt do anything INTENTIONALLY wrong. everyone knows how Prince gets "legal" about thangs. sounds like he complied and now theres a sour spin on everything. he needs to clear up the air on his feelings ..

doesnt anyone realize he divulged more info ..he wants to keep this a close -knit community...not all over the internet..good luck with that BTW....he should make us all park our butts in paisley park if he wants such a small commune..

It happened in the 3rdEyeGirl Livestream chat. It IS on-topic.

Unfortunately, until something else happens on Livestream, this is what there is to talk about. And if something does happen, and you miss it, this is where people come to find out. So, they come to find out, nothing new has happened, and they get dragged back into this. It's a side effect of having ONE thread (well, two) for what now amounts to (I think) 17 different events.
