I have no problem with you splitting this into another thread, but - since you are a moderator of this forum - could you please tell me why the LiveStream threads are not a sticky? 60,000 views weren't enough?! Why make it hard for us to find this? | |

Missed the stream but caught the chat afterward. 3RDEYEGIRL basically clowned Serpan in front of all of the other chatters and made him remove anything Prince related, including anything with the symbol, from his twitter page. "She" even had a problem with his avatar because he's wearing a symbol necklace in it.

Aren't we ever so slightly jumping the gun suggesting that "she" was P? I agree it sounds wholly uncalled for, but your conclusion is premature, no?
Anywho... onto the music, I am really enjoying the broadcast of other artist's music and find the selections both revealing and interesting, not to mention incredibly soulful and deep.
The Beatle's Norweigian Wood, Joni Mitchell, Prince's Somewhere Here On Earth, Marvin Gaye's Distant Lover, Al Green's How Can You Mend A Broken Heart...
Why is Prince listening to all these love songs recounting a lost love from the past?

DL the show - the usual place. I've just seen the tracklist at Prince Vault and perhaps it's not as diverse as I was thinking it was, as I listened to it. BUT it's really, really very good, indeed. Bravo, Prince. Thoroughly enjoyed this broadcast; best one yet from the 3rdEyeTV series for me.
Serpan is a cool cat and at least the Org (for all its flaws) appreciates his (and other's) work in updating us all, so if P's crew do not appreciate his contribution, surely it is their loss? At the end of the day, it is just whatever it is and probably best to simply laugh about it. It's all rather amusing when you realise what we can get worked up over.

It's one thing to be a fan and to spread information if you have it but another to be trying to craft yourself an identity off of someone else career and work.
