Maybe so, but that's the entertainment industry, alliances are fleeting.

When there's something in it for both them, any past is quickly forgotten, as will be the case after 19th May.

That Prince deserves this type award is not the question, can he leverage on it to bring his music vision to a wider audience and I dont necessarily mean charts.

Well...I'm hoping he understands the new album needs 2 b RELEASED right b4 he grabs this award. As it'll generate a bit of extra sales...

You know, he just performed in mpls in front of 200 people where he was in negotiations to perform on the biggest tv show in europe which takes place tonight in germany in front of 10 million viewers, so....

He also released RNR affair here in germany and switzerland and performed it on tv in the US....

Intersting take. I thought the Idol performance was awful and a real low point for him as far as TV appearances go. He looked horrible, sounded worse and added in the dancing twins to add extra cheese to the whole thing. And not a live instrument in sight. Then again I hate the show and that's pretty much the nature of it anyway so maybe it's ust me but the whole affair seemed, well, a bit beneath him and i didn;t think he really delivered at all that night.

The best part of Prince's surprise AI per4mance was seeing Simon sit there sulking while Prince stole his spotlight. Also seeing Paula Abdul jump on top of the table dancing in awe of Princey.....

What's boring about thanking your creator? AND, Prince and him giving cryptic messages are not unsual...I mean we are talking about Prince. Who defines what is a weirdo? Prince is Prince..Everybody who knows little about him, knows very much that he dances to his own flow!
