This track is off the hook, but it's so obvious that h3 is copying Princ3.

That guy is Prince's nephew Sir Nelson (Tyka's son) so I am sure due to the fact that it is sitll online that he had his uncle's permission before he posted it.

But on a serious note, I wonder how common it is for producers to place parts of beats straight from instrumental breaks in Prince songs into their own songs without crediting Prince or getting clearance, especially when the songs are produced for a local market.

I'll give you one example - can you spot the Prince sample in this tune (it's played quite often in this song)?:

There's a looong creditlist in the notes for the Youtube clip but no mention of Prince hmmm

Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews.

It's D.M.S.R., the drum roll part at around 6:04 in the song is sampled and repeated throughout the song I posted earlier...
