yea I couldn't agree more with this post. i suspected long ago that 3rdeyegirl was an alias for Hannah or I was even suspecting Andy for that case. Anyway this attempt is laughable at best and Bowie's is definitely kicking his ass now!

3rdeyegirl isn't Hannah Ford. She's an artist who goes by the name of Stella Blu. This is the exact same thing he did with that YouTube girl a couple of years ago. What was her name...?

Ah, Shelbey? I just suspected it was Hanna since she posted the Screwdriver vid that mentioned bootlegs at the end. I'm not familiar with Stella Blu, but my guess is that Prince asked her to post those videos. She's not gonna be sued.

I wouldn't be surprised if you're right about that. Prince did say on Lopez's show a while back, that people have stole from him. Whomever that 3rdeyegirl person is, sure fooled a lot of people because she even had other online sites, writing articles and stating P released those 4 tracks posted on the 3rdeyegirl twitter/fb account. I just came across an article about that about an hour ago online.

So she fooled a whole of people, if this whole thing wasn't P playing a joke on fans.

Guess we'll have to wait and see what's up.

IMO best way to release new album is just..don't tell a soul, get a web designer and just release it. Release it and not let anyone know because that alone creates excitement at least it did with Bowie's single. Funny to see that pic of him walking the streets carrying grocery bags and Rolling Stone mocking him-doing nothing-retired. In a way if he advertised he was going to release new single it would have been a little more anticlimatic...but yesterday everyone thought he was OVA!

I can't believe some people are getting nervous about that letter.Ya'll know that twitter/Facebook feed and everything about it is Prince as well as Funkenberry. It is clearly part of a Prince plan.

When I saw it on the twitter feed- I started laughing because only Prince would be so crazy to make a marketing plan like this. Have we've forgotten the numerous aliases, the Madhouse projects, the Black album.. This is totally Prince. But it made me excited for what was coming next.

Exactly. Prince has never taken 10 years off and been reported as in poor health to the point of noone expecting him to never record again. Heck on this site Prince fans get antsy after 10 months without some news. Cool news about Bowie and glad he's well enough to record but there's no direct link between these stories at all.

Prince isn't really promoting it. Posting video links on a twitter account that you have to go to a site that not a whole lot of people look at to find is not promotion

I think you are all making this into something it is not. It's pretty simple, someone got a hold of tracks, someone posted them, they received a letter, their accounts will be shut down, sounds like business as usual to me.
