Mr Gouche has such a humble spirit and positive attitude.
"Gospel musicans have taken over the music industry....Prince realized that there's just something about church cats....they say it's just the Holy Ghost, man"-hehe,love this!
I'm sure Prince is going to make a lot of us (fans) happier beginning 2013...can't wait!!!

LOVE IT!!!
This interview was simply fantastic! Andrew Gouche is amazing! I always seen him credited on gospel records, and the fact that he has gone so far...really makes me smile and encourages me! He is so humble and just a gifted player! My Lawd!
Prince is really coming out with a new album this year! It is now confirmed, and wow..I am expecting so many things!

wow, what a GREAT article. I'm so glad i got over my lazy self wanting to see it posted in its entirety so I wouldn't have to post the link. I'm a HUGE gospel fan (but not a credit reader on cds), Fred Hammond and John P are my guys, never heard of Andrew Gouche (is it pronounced "Go-shay", Goo-Shay or like "Couch"?)! Such a humble brother.
I'm glad Prince will have such a great, secure musician in his camp (for however long), and he seems seasoned enough to not go for the JW okeydoke (some will say Christianity is okeydoke, lots of P's fans here despise things of faith, but i digress....) Looking forward to the album. I need to "you tube" this guy! | |
