Cream NPG Mix is Hotter than the original I meant 2 talk about this a long time ago.
Dont u agree that the NPG mix of Cream is way cooler than the original. I could'nt really understand how Cream went #1 or #2 (i 4get). The song is ok, but it was not better than D&P 2 me. Anyway, that remix is hot, make u danse! Straight Jacket Funk Affair

The remix... no wait ANY remixes on that Cream EP r a bunch of shit! (Maybe with the exception of Violet the Organ Grinder, but only 4 it's 'wierd' value.) Seriously man, that remix is SO poor. That was the beginning of the demise of the Prince B-side!!! Instead of quality extended versions of b-sides Prince handed over his work to the likes of Levi, Kirky J and the ever horrific  TONY M! Then it sounds like they went away, drank a bottle of Tequila  each and tried to remix the track bindfolded!

I thought that Ep was an interesting release musically

Violet the O.G. is a remix from the "Gett Off" EP. But can't agree with you more on the Cream EP. I was truly disappointed when I heard it. | |

Violet the O.G. is a remix from the "Gett Off" EP. But can't agree with you more on the Cream EP. I was truly disappointed when I heard it. Oh yeah... of course it is. They all kinda get mixed up in my head coz I lump them all 2gether as a low point. Although some of the Gett Off remixes were v. cool! ----------
